Rent-A-Tent offers delivery, set-up and breakdown of chairs, arbors and chuppah's to most local beaches. The following rules apply to all beach weddings:
Tent Weddings/Receptions Rent-A-Tent offers a large variety of rental products for your ceremony and/or reception. Whether you are renting a small tent for an intimate gathering or multiple tents for hundreds of guests, the staff of Rent-A-Tent and Simply Marvelous Events will oversee every detail of your special day. We won't leave the job site until the setting is perfect.
- There must be sufficient beach access for all deliveries.
- We do allow the arbors and chuppahs to be decorated by the brides/friends of the brides before the ceremony. However, we ask that arrangements be made to have all decorations removed by the time we arrive to pick up our rental items.
- Local law enforcement requires all items be removed from the beach before dark. Therefore we ask that sufficient time be given at the end of your ceremony for us to breakdown our rental items and load them back on
our truck. Our pick-up time will be discussed with each wedding party on an individual basis.
- If we are only dropping items off at a designated location for you to set up as you like, we ask that all items be stacked neatly at the drop off site at the designated time for our scheduled pick up.
- A credit card will be kept on file for all beach rentals.
